An above average breakfast buffet I discovered while staying at the Grand Hyatt Manchester for a friend's b-day.
Elegantly decorated, well appointed, well stocked and well executed. The buffet area (nook) can get crowded with little room to navigate with your full plate. Beware of little children scurrying around, you might trip over them. Full service omelette bar is available.
We had fantastic service and our orange juice glass was always kept full ;)
Had dinner at Currant during Restaurant Week. I have to say that this is one of the better restaurants in San Diego. Restaurant Week rocks... it's that little extra nudge that I need to try out different restaurants.
One of the only Mexican joints that delivers to San Diego so it's a regular "go to". The food is good, but not the kind of Mexican that you can't wait to visit when you've been out of town for a week.
On the other hand, they are very friendly folks, and they've got a covered patio in the "backyard" that's a nice place to relax while you dine.
The food is excellent and in nice portions too. The specialty drinks are innovative and tasty. They have an excellent tequila selection.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
All in all I am fan and will be back!!
This place was a good find. Went here for lunch one weekend when I was passing by and was impressed with the selections. I got the mushroom enchiladas and my boyfriend got a fish burrito which was gigantic!
It is small inside and has lots of random unmatched furniture- but I think that it all adds to the charm. We will be back for sure.... I want to try one of the burgers!
I've been to this store on and off, and I don't know what to make out of it. In the past I had found some incredibly well-tailored pants with a very classy/sexy cut. Even though the prices are in the high range, quality is assured. However, I went back recently and found a lot of showy corsets and flashy dresses...
Great breakfast place. The wait is sometimes annoying but the food makes up for it! Park in the garbage below and get validated, its the only way to go since parking is a pain in PB!
MACADAMIA CRUSTED HALIBUT! Fresh, light and delicious. The dinner menu is pricey so suggest going for lunch. The clam chowder is good as well! Gets busy so call first!
Yummy!!! This is one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in San Diego. It's more like Japanese street fare in a restaurant setting. Everything is served on small plates with two skewers per plate. They have a menu with pictures so you know what you're getting. Very cool place!
The Cat Lounge is fun and cheap. They have shuffle boards, pool tables and a juke box. Nice bartenders and the prices aren't bad. You'll either love it or hate it...
