I would not recommend this business, it ruined my beautiful pup! I had been taking my pup there for grooming on a monthly basis for about 4 months. Usually she is very efficient in combing his undercoat out and cutting him how I request. Though this last time, I am not sure if she was busy, had overscheduled, or what...but she shaved my (usually very fluffy) Pomeranian...he looked like an albino lamb! It was horrible. I was so sad for him, he looked naked! It has been about a month since and finally his hair is starting to look at least a little normal. I AM NEVER TAKING MY PUP THERE, EVER AGAIN.

Called in for a Saturday appointment, though still had to sign-in. No sense to call for appt. because people that walk-in are served before you. Very quiet, not much conversation while getting my manicure (kept my own nails, just cut ad shaped). I got a french tip with a flower with a rhinestone in the middle. It was nice, though only lasted TWO DAYS. I don't think I wash my hands in excess, and yet my nice, $30 manicure only lasted 1 workday. It chipped so bad that I had to take it all off within FOUR DAYS. My pedicure fared a little better ($30), it lasted a WEEK. Overall I was very unsatisfied with the duration which this manicure/pedicure lasted. Next time, I'll spend my $70 elsewhere (I gave her a $10 tip because I really liked the flower, little did I know it would only last a few days). A big two thumbs down!
