I recently visited my daughter in Orlando and we met some friends here for lunch. Loved it. I's in a really pretty area of town so we sat outside and enjoyed their wonderful food. Prices are moderate and the menu is long. Something to please everyone.
Island Grill @ Clarion Hotel San Jose Airport
I've been to this place a couple of times for lunch and the food is wonderful. The items on the menu have a bit of Hawaiian flavor so it adds a different twist from your everyday place. I would eat here again in a heartbeat. I'm just sorry I'm not close enough to go for dinner also.
Rios-Lovell Winery
This was the last stop on our visit to Livermore and I'm not sure if I'll hit there again. It was the only place we were charged for the tasting even when I did buy some wine. My past experience with wineries has been the fee was waived when you purchase wine. With so many wineries to choose from, that becomes a consideration.
Cedar Mountain Winery
I loved the wine at this winery, especially the chardonnay port. It's a first for me. The samplings offered gave a good representation of the winery and I ended up buying quite a bit of wine. Loved it.
Garre Winery Inc
This winery is nice. It would not be my first choice of the Livermore wineries if I was so go again. The wine is ok but nothing notable. I have found some wonderful wines at some of the smaller wineries, maybe I just wasn't offered the good stuff.
Wente Vineyards
This was my first trip to Wente, but certainly won't be my last. I enjoyed the wine so much I even joined their club. I recommend this winery to all. The staff is great and the selection for tasting is large enough to please anyone's taste. Enjoy.
Bent Creek Winery
Anyone going up to the Livermore wineries needs to put this one on their list. The wine is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The offer a few ammenities other wineries don't which made it a very positive experience.
Royal Cleaners
I've been taking my cleaning here for 2 yrs now and am very satisfied with the service. I took my daughter's christening gown in to be cleaned, it had some old spots on it (my daughter is 26) and the owner worked on it and got all the stains out. I was amazed. He is always friendly and I always feel welcome. It is a pleasure to do business there.
Premier Pizza
The location of this pizzeria is by where I work, I had never had their pizza before when a coworker ordered pizza for all of us at work. It was to die for!!! The choices were fantastic, not just your ordinary toppings. Everything was fresh. I just wish I had one located close to where I live!!
Cardinale Estate
This place is rather pricey, but the wine is well worth the money. The setting for the setting is beautiful, I believe it's fairly new an a little to pristine for me, but it was still a great experience. Enjoy.
