He's a great dentist, but his receptionist is a hag. That of course is a nice way of saying a word that rhymes with itch. I don't go to him anymore because his rates were outrageous and instead started going to Fresno City College for my routine dental cleaning. He removed my wisdom teeth, and did all of the fillings I have at this point. Like I said, he's a great dentist, but he needs a new receptionist.

You want a hole in the wall donut shop? This is your place! Great traditional donuts, freshly made every morning. A long time ago they used to make blueberry buttermilk donuts, and I keep waiting for them to bring that back!! They were SO delicious!!!
Raisin City Barber Shop
I've been going to Terry for so many years that I've lost track! She can tell you what hair colors will look good with your skin complexion, and she can style your hair any way that you wish! The barber shop itself is a very small hole in the wall type place, but it's very clean inside and organized. Terry has a great personality as well! Love her!
Safari Salon
She cut my hair back in January 2008, and I absolutely loved it! She's my alternate stylist when my usual one is not available (at a different location). She finds out what you want, and then cuts your hair to exactly how you asked. Perfect!!

Nice guys but they don't have a very wide selection of items in stock. Usually you can order through them though for things you might need. Very clean!
Heroes Comics & Cards
They always have a great stock of graphic novels and comic books! I always used to buy my Japanese Manga from them when I was into that, and they were always in 100% perfect condition. Great company!

I've rescued many a used CD from their used selection. They have a great range of musical genres available, from anything popular and current to anything indie and obscure. They are the ONLY music shop in town.
Romeo's Pizza & Sandwiches
They have great sandwiches and great take and bake pizzas, better than Papa...Papa who? That's how good they are, you don't even remember the Papa's name!
