Waza is one of the newer spots. They offer sushi and robata grill dishes. Their signature entrees are the Hamachi Ceviche, Miso Chilean Sea Bass, and Tuna Tar Tar, and they also have Angus NY Garlic Steak, Hot Rock Beef with Certified Angus or Kobe Beef.
I tried the Chilean Sea Bass for the first time and it was delicious. I also shared some Kobe Beef with my wife and it too was great.
service- top notch
I wasn't real impressed with the sushi and rolls- the tuna tasted like it had been sitting for weeks. I did like their hamachi, and the cooked food I had was very good- the fish and noodles had very good taste.
Their prices are very fair, and their sushi is pretty good. I loved the selection, and the fresh hamachi sashimi. The steak I have was very good. customer service wasn't bad, but could have been better,
Aloha sushi is okay for the price. I tries them a few times but i still have my other favorite spots to get sushi at. But the staff is very friendly.
the sushi here is awesome and it's pretty reasonable. The lunch time specials are the best. Yes, the garlic chicken is one of my favorites The sushi is always fresh.
Shinjuku is a traditional styled Japanese restaurant. I ordered one of their kobe steaks, and some seafood appetizers, and the food was awesome. Perfectly prepared and seasoned, it was the perfect compliment to my fresh sashimi and hot tea
They are pricey, but well worth it.
Near Midland Park, Asian Buffet is a Chinese food restaurant, with a great lunch/dinner buffet. They were very friendly, and serve everything from ice cream to lemon chicken, and they don't skimp on the seafood, like some buffets.
I was very pleased with the selections, and it's a great value for the price.
I found Crazy Cakes & More to be a very nice bakery shop. They have a wide variety of products, including chocolates. I picked up some fruit and jelly filled pastries in the morning, and they were hot and fresh.
The service was great, and the price was very fair
i found Martinez, because I asked at the college where the best Mexican bakery was.
They are very friendly, and allowed me to try many of their lovely treats. The cookies, sopapillas, pan & dulce are incredible. I also had a piece of their Tres Leches cake, and it was delicious.
I picked up a box of treats for the trip home, all at a very nice price.
M Medina Bakery is a very nice little shop. Their selection is pretty diverse, and they make their products fresh. I saw that they had some beautiful cakes on display, but we picked up some of their donuts, pastries and Chocolate cream puffs (which are evil little treats that you cannot eat just one of).
their prices are very fair
