I was there a week ago (November 2008) and I was surprised. I have read all these reviews and was hesitant at first, but no, I must say this place is very good. The waiting time is long, but what do you expect from a medical center. Everyone gets a number and is for the rest of the time called by the number to give each patient privacy. The administrative staff is friendly. The medical staff is caring and pays attention to each patient. They don't call you in like a cattle of cows all at once to have your procedures done. A nurse picked me up, walked me in, put her arm around my shoulder and looked at me to ask if I was allright. I spoke to the doctor before he touched me. When I was in the recovery room I noticed that there was always a nurse paying attention to the patients, asking each one of them repeatedly if they needed anything, if they're feeling allright etc. A lady pressed the emergency button in the changing room by accident and immediately a nurse came out to see if she was ok. I love the treatment they gave me and would definitely suggest everyone else to use this facility. I don't think it is right for people to say that this place is a rat hole and all the other negativity when in fact it is a very good place. Thumbs up Choice Center!!
