Kozy Kettle
I've only had the soup here and I can tell you,it is delicious, my favorite part is the pop overs that they serve with the soup. The prices are a little high and it seems to be really a take out place--there are tables if you eat in, but no atmosphere.
Canterbury Ales
Canterbury Ales is a fun place to go for some different types of beers and pub type food. The only downside is that it is small with a small bar area, so it definitely can get crowded and loud.
Restaurant Joanina
This restaurant has a nice cozy, friendly atmosphere and the food is delicious! I personally enjoy the pasta dishes but my husband who is more adventurous has enjoyed everything he has ever had there as well. I also enjoy the muffins and treats at the Renassaince cafe located on the other side!
A & S Pork Stores Inc
A&S is a lot more than just pork....they have a wide variety of meats, cheeses, specialty foods and pre-made foods. Anything I've ever gotten there has always been a big hit with guests!
My Pets Vet
I can't say enough about Dr. Brooke and the others at My Pets Vet. I had a German Shepherd with epilepsy who spent a lot of time with Dr. Brooke. I always knew she was in good hands and had complete faith in Dr. Brooke when she said it was her time to go. I have had 2 other GSDs that have been seeing Dr. Brooke. Both were always a little scared when there, but she always takes the time to talk to them and feed them cheese and get them comfortable before examining them.
