I've been to this restaurant numerous times. I have also been to buffet parties there. The food has always been good, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always pleasant.
Wah Hing Kitchen
This is where we buy our take-out. The food is good and the staff is very nice. They have a separate menu if you want to watch your weight. These dishes can be prepared with sauce on the side, and prepared with very little oil. I would definitely recommend this take-out restaurant.
Triple Crown Restaurant-diner
I have been here numerous times for dinner. The food is good, and you get your moneys worth. The portions are big and the service has been very good. I would recommend this diner.
La Baraka Restaurant
I have been here a few times for lunch. They have a buffet and the selection is very nice. There are quite a few cold salads and then there are the hot dishes. The owner is very pleasant and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Windsor Pharmacy & Surgical
I have been in this store a few times. It is a small store, not like the chain across the street. You get individualized attention, and they will special order a product for you. I would recommend this store.
Raindew True Value
This is one great store. They have a little bit of everything - from hardware to housewares, cards, candy, little appliances, school supplies, gardening supplies (in season), Christmas stuff (in season) t-shirts, underwear, socks, toys. You can consider it a general store. The prices are good and the staff is very helpful. I go there often.
Franklin Square Eye Care
I usually have my prescriptions filled here. They have a large display of glasses and it doesn't take long to get them back. The staff is always very nice and pleasant. I will continue going there and I recommend this store.
Keil Brothers Inc
I don't do much gardening, but I always buy my plants there. When they sell plants, they last. I buy impatiens every spring, and I always buy them there. The staff is always nice and very helpful.
B Posner & Son Inc
I enjoy going to their store. The service is good. The guys know what they are talking about, and they do a good job cutting keys. I've never had to go back with a key that didn't fit.Even though the prices may be a little higher, you can get more personalized attention in a small store.
Rosemary Farm
I work nearby and shop there often. They have a display outside with many sale items. They also have packaged fruits and vegetables that are a little dented or ripe. You can get a good price on them. Inside, they have higher priced fruits and vegetables, but the quality is good. The people that work there are very nice also.
