I live near this store and I patronize them often. I have never bought their fish, but it always looks very fresh. Most of the time when I shop there, I buy their fresh fruits and vegetables. The products that are displayed outside are usually sale items. Inside, the prices are higher, but the quality is good. They also sell fresh flowers, which are very nice.
I have been there numerous times and have been satisfied. The prices are very good and the wait is generally not to bad. The only problem is when the high school students get out from the neighborhood school and they come into the store.
I have been going there for the last couple of years. Madeline cuts and colors my hair. She is very pleasant, does a good job and always aims to please. The prices are fair and I recommend them.
Gaby's serves delicious and massive slices of pizza. It's one of the few places that I'll drive out of my way to get a quick slice. Parking is easy, service is great and the prices are reasonable.
Went there for the first time this summer. It was definitely an experience. It is very old fashioned inside, but they have lots of interesting and different things to buy. We were on vacation and bought stuff to take home. If you're in the area, visit them. They have a few stores.
They have great cards. Whoever makes the selections, does a good job. The store is very neat and orderly and it is the place to shop for gifts. You can find very unusual items there and the prices are fair. They also gift wrap your gifts. The help is very nice and I enjoy going there.
We like going to Ben's. I usually like to eat their barbecue chicken, with 2 sides. Their noodle pudding is delicious and their soups are to die for. When you order a bowl of soup, it is gigantic. Two people can share one soup. Their pastrami and corned beef sandwiches are very good, and I love their coleslaw and pickles that they put on the table. Prices are okay and the atmosphere is okay - a typical Jewish deli.
I have been there a few times for lunch. I enjoy eating a half wrap and a cup of soup. They make a delicious chunky chicken and vegetable soup. If you're trying to watch your weight, this is a good place to eat. Things are prepared in front of you and the greens and vegetables are very fresh. They aim to please. Prices are reasonable and I would definitely go back again.
We have been to the 46th Street location twice. If you're looking for a quiet restaurant, Havana Central is not the place for you. The food is good, but it is very noisy. The music was blasting - you could hardly hear the other person speaking to you. Prices are good.
My husband and I have been there twice. I had the eggplant kabab and it was excellent. It was served with salad and rice. My husband had the chicken kabab and he enjoyed it also. For desert, we shared baklava and it was very good. It is in the theatre district, so it can get busy before the Broadway shows begin. As far as prices go, they were reasonable - especially for Manhattan.
