Queens Midway Animal Hospital

I give them a Satisfactory because I believe the doctor is decent and my family has always used them. But for boarding I don't recommend them. I dropped off my cat on Dec 26, 2008 for a one week stay. The person working there was too busy to copy my only copy of the medical records from my other vet that I use. So I left the rabies certificate (tag) and another document and she told me she wouldn't lose them. I also left medicine and food.
I picked up my cat today and she looked like she had lost weight. She seems healthy enough but she reeks of urine. They couldn't find the pills and food that I had left so they had to call someone else to find out where they were. I also looked at the pill bottle and it looks as though they only gave half of the dosage. They also could not find my medical records.
Anyway, they are extremely disorganized and my guess is the staff is very young and inexperienced. Maybe that's why it's so cheap ($11/day). Ugh. Never again...
