This is a great gym, small, friendly atmosphere. Everyone treated so nicely. Clean, great equipment, great classes. Especially love Colleen on Monday nights. Convenient location, nearby stores. The kids classes are the best, my son's been going for a few years and loves it.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating, especially in a business atmosphere. Courteous and very quick to help with last minute needs. Also the billing once the meeting was complete went very smoothly.
