Feels like a classic Irish pub, with all the sights and smells that come with it. Clearly some of the folks in here are regulars, but it's still easy to feel at home here. This place can get packed on the weekends for sure, but that only seems to add to the fun of being there.
Every time I round that bend on the trail and see the bright red of this coffeehouse I get happy. It's one of my personal treats to rarely bike past without stopping for coffee or a pastry. I love the railroad motif they have going on in there too.
The thing that will take your breath away when you walk in here is the amazing display of treats that unfolds before your eye. The colors and textures are just amazing, and do NOT help you make up your mind what you want to try. They get a little busy so sometimes the staff may seem impatient or run off to help someone else if you can't decide, but that's ok. Part of the fun is imagining what each one tastes like - take your time!
You can sit in their wonderful outdoor plaza and watch the world of Fremont pass by. I love the menu here because every one of their burgers sounds incredible. Every one I've tried so far as been outstanding. It's one of my favorite lunch spots in the area.
What amazes me is how much inventory - bikes and parts and accessories, they pack into this small Fremont shop. Located just off the main drag, I'm sure every bike rider in the area knows their repair shop.
The typical Grecian decorations around this small restaurant didn't do anything for me, but the food is amazing for the price range. Try their dolmades and you'll be glad you did. Service is always prompt, and they work hard to keep the place clean and inviting.
Maharaja continues to create some of the best standard Indian food around. They have all the curry dishes you would expect to find, and do them all justice. Just off Broadway, this is a popular dinner destination for those looking for good food on a small budget.
On the north end of 4th, this little deli cranks out great food, fast and inexpensive. The inside feels clean and fresh, and their sandwiches always hit the spot. They make a fantastic Ruben too by the way.
If you're looking for one of those incredibly classy nights out, this is the restaurant for you. From the moment you walk in the sights and smells of this restaurant set the stage for a wonderful dining experience. They do have a variety of menu options, but stick with the seafood - they will make it memorable!
This small shop on the southern edge of Greenwood doesn't have the largest carpet selection in town, but you will not be treated better anywhere. Because of their low overhead their prices per square foot were surprisingly low. Quality of their installers - totally recommendable!
