H.K. Causeway Bay Restaurant

Very nice Chinese restaurant - one of our family's favorites. We love their dim sum at lunch time and their dinner menu was quite good too. This is very authentic in terms of dishes and flavor.

Elizabeth L. Murphy, MD

Dr. Murphy is GREAT!! She is extremely gentle and sweet. She belongs to a large group that has four other OBGYNs, so during pregnancy you would actually rotate to see all the other doctors. Interesting system.

Yu Halden Dds

Dr. Yu is an excellent dentist. He is gentle, gives honest opinion, and he doesn't push you into any treatment. His office is very nice too. I'd recommend him to all my friends and family.

Osteria Coppa

We went there for dinner with a few friends and received the most amazing service. The food was pretty decent too. Their pizza is really fresh and the portion size is big. I'd definitely go back.

Bistro Luneta

We enjoyed our meal here. The food was delicious and the service was good. We came here for dine-around-time in San Mateo so the price was very affordable.

Myung Dog Tofu Cabin

Great tofu house in the area. The service was excellent - we went there with our 1 yo and they brought out extra rice and soup just for him. The food is very delicious too. We love the beef ribs!! You won't be disappointed!

Casa Madrona Hotel And Spa

Great location. Nice hotel and amenities. I especially love the bathroom - large soaking tub with a separate shower area - very nice and chic. The bed is comfortable and the bay view from our room was simply amazing.

Mac Callum House Inn

No matter what you do, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, get the Honeymoon Suites. We stayed there for 3 nights and were extremely happy with the room and the nice amenities. BUT, the Honeymoon Suites is RIGHT NEXT TO the cementery. I mean yes, we could see it from the windows and balcony of our room. While they did a good job blocking it with trees or whatever, it still didn't give me the peace of mind. C'mon, I've never really slept next to a cementery, so there!!

Other than that, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay there. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world. I had Lupe's Burrito on 2 out of the 3 days and it kept us full until mid-afternoon. We had dinner at the restaurant there during our first night there. The food and service were both superb!

We would probably stay here again when we come back to the area. But like I said, we would NOT book a room at the MacCallum Suites building. There are nice rooms in the Barn House and the Main House as well. :)

Bruno's Barbecue Restaurant

THE BEST BBQ place in the area. We LOVE their BBQ ribs and chicken. There's always a line during dinner time, but it goes pretty fast. We've also done take-out a few times and they were all good.
