Windy City Steamers

I have used this company twice so far and I had a great experience with them. The staff is very professional and the techs are not trying to rip people off. When the tech arrived he made recommendations instead of trying to push me to pay extra for other additional treatments. He was very honest and gave me a choice to have additional treatments. In other words, he was not being the pushy salesman like most carpet cleaners are. I have had other cleaners and they really try to convince you that your carpet needs this and that or the job won't come out right. I am glad I found out about Windy City Steamers and I will stick with them.
