I just want to start off by saying thank you very much. You guys did a wonderful job on my sectional. I am very picky about who sits on my sofa and how you sit on it. Imagine having someone clean it? I purchased it at Room and Board a couple of years and because they are red microfiber, I was very worried about having someone clean them. I thought they would turn pink or fade. WCS sent out a tech and he hand cleaned it with a special delicate solution so it would not fade. I could not believe the results. It looked new again and it did not fade at all! I was so glad. You can definitely count on my business again.
