The staff at the Laurel Branch of Western Security Bank is great to work with even when there has been the occasional overdraft of the account. They understand that sometimes people forget to record a transaction and are willing to work with you.

Avanta credit union which recently changed its name to Altana credit union due to legal issues over the name has great customer service. When my husband and I enquired about a savings account the new accounts staff we worked with was able to explain the different accounts to us and get us set right up.
Grand Bagel Co
Tired of the same old same old for breakfast well let me tell you about one of my favorites a breakfast sandwich at Grand Bagel. For lunch try the club. The customer service is great and you can get a different bagel every day of the week. Ok not quite since they are closed on Sundays. My only complaint about them they need to stay open later so I can get a bagel later in the day.
Western Security Bank
The customer service at this branch of Western Security Bank has been great no matter what I have needed from notary services to letting them know that my cash card was not being read right by the drive up ATM the staff has always served me with a smile.
Locomotion Fitness Center
While I don't work out at the gym all that often I did want a place where I could go work out without having to commit to a monthly membership. I have been able to get a punch card from the Locomotive Fitness Center which allows me to work out when I need to at the center and not feel guilty about not using my membership. The pool is clean, well heated but there is no life guard. The equipment in the work out rooms is clean and well maintained and they even provide an area for the kids to play.
JURO's PHARMACY HEALTH & WELLNESS
I have purchased several things from Juros Home Medical Pharmacy over the years ranging from compression socks, to electrode pads for electronic nerve stimulation to picking various items for my grandparents. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I need.
Greenleaf's Jewelry Inc
Greenleaf's Jewelry provides great products, customer service, and repair of jewelry items. There turn around on repaired and custom done items such as the add a pearl necklace is within 2-3 days and always less than a week.
Elite Homes
My husband and I just moved into a home that we purchased from Elite Homes. While the customer service before and during the construction phase was good the follow up customer service has involved a lot of run around and stalling on getting things taken care of. The product line that Elite Homes sells is great but the customer service guarantee definitely needs to be handled in a much more professional manner.
Secure-It Mini Storage
Just about 2 years ago I found my self in need of a storage unit for a short term. I was able to rent a great storage unit from Secure-it Mini Storage for a reasonable cost. The only thing I had to provide is the lock. It was nice knowing my items were safe during the times I had them in storage.
