Precision installed siding and new windows on my home in 2006. Materials and installation were both good, although it came at a rather high price.
They were a little late (a month or two) getting started (windows first), and then discovered that one of the custom (trapezoid) windows was cut wrong, and that delayed installation another month or two.
When the windows were finally all installed, the siding installers were scheduled. They took another month or so to get started, then a couple weeks to complete the installation. The couple (guy and his wife) were pleasant, and I think they did a pretty good job. We've had more than one "cap" (like for the dryer exhaust, etc.) come off, and another spot or two where the siding didn't seem to be cut long enough to have the ends covered by the end-caps. The installer did come back last summer for a couple minor repairs.
All in all, we're happy with the installations and the product. It was supposed to be finished in early July, and I think it was nearly Thanksgiving when they wrapped it up. That was really my only gripe.
One of the panes in our largest window, roughly 4'x6', broke last winter, apparently from some extremely cold weather. (It dropped to around -30F for a week or so.) It was a little difficult connecting with someone in their office that I could talk to about it, but when we were able to discuss it, she said it would be under warranty and that they'd make a new one and have it installed by early July. It's now late August, and I'm still waiting. (I've been going to call them and keep forgetting.) I'm confident they'll take care of it before long. If not, I'll post a follow-up.
