THis store is unique in that it used to be someone's private home. It is in the historical district of League City. They offer dishes and other kitchen items, plus costume jewelry, hats, and various other decorative elements. You never know what you might find here.
This is the Bay Area Sewing and Vacuum Center. The guy who does repairs is not the most gracious, he is honest and I appreciate that. He saved me some money last year when he recommended just buying a new vacuum vs repairing it. They sell recon models too.
This is not your super walmart, but what they lack in major offerings, they make up for in community involvement. It's a great local grocery to pick up odds and ends and they do run good deals on products.
Kassie at LH&SC will treat right. They offer all manner of treatments and you can even get specials for packages. Thurs they are open late to accomadate others schedules.
If you haven't checked out the Miller, you don't know what you are missing. They offer something every night and day of the summer from musicals to performances of a grand and small scale. Sit in the seats or bring a blanket and sit under the stars.
While there is not too much selection, we were able to get a high quality Serta mattresses from Mattress Firm for my childrens' beds. Good prices too.
This is the League City location of the Houston Garden Center. They have more tropicals than the NR1 location, but I don't think that they have as good of selection or that the staff is as knowledgeable.
We had laminate installed from Floors Today and they did a great job. Good prices and the staff were very helpful.
THis place has great ice cream and so many flavors from which to choose. They even do a fresh in season fruit variety (the blackberry was so goo). Taffy too.
We have been going to Hillman's for years to get our crawfish for our boils. We have never been disappointed. Prices are always good too.
