I've come here over 50 times. Mostly day time. Love love love this place. Today we went because I had a coupon for buy one get one free lunch. I tried their ravioli with mushrooms and spinach, the sauce was creamy and delicious. I always get the calamari, today the sauce tasted different, less spicey, but still fabulous!!!
Starting Gate
We were in the area visiting family and on our way home, and decided we were starving. We came here for breakfast and shocked at how good it was. Coffee was tasty, the service was great, like they were really happy to see us. And the breakfast tasted really fresh.
58 Bar & Grill
perfect place for a large group. They have mariachi on Sundays and they are great entertainment. The food is really good, not necessarily better than anywhere else, but equal too. The service was really good. Fun place to bring mom.
Fronk's Restaurant
Another hole in the wall, family owned place that will knock your socks off. The sweet potato fries are to die for. There was 5 of us that ate there, and we all loved our food. We also shared some friend zuchinni, which you don't find in a lot of places, and they were also non greasy. yumm!
Doubletree Hotel Los Angeles Norwalk
We went there since we were at the hotel for a meeting. It was good for a quick meal. I wouldn't go out of way to go there again. I had a chicken alfredo dish and it was okay.
El Zipote Pupuseria
Have only been there once. I love pupusas and love trying them in different places. This place was really good, they were not greasy, the sauce that they serve with it (the orange one, don't know what it's called) - well theirs was really spicy, so I only used a little bit.
San Ignacio Foods
It's a hole in the wall, that is a pleasant surprise. Good selection of food, nice casual place with families with kids. Their beans are really good and so are there chicken tacos.
B's Sports Grill
Who knew this was Mexican place? And who knew it was so good? Surprise surprise. Good drinks, good service, great happy hour specials. Their tacos are fresh and delicious.
Monterey Grill
Really good Mexican good for a good price. I love their salsa. My favorite there is their carne asada burrito. Good portions too. Good lunch place to go to with co-workers.
Zi Teresa Italian Restaurant
Fabulous Italian food. Great atmosphere. Place was packed on a week day which is always a good sign. I had the stuffed pork chops, and they were very juicy. We had calamari as an appetizer and it wasn't too chewy, made to perfection. The people who work there are top class!
