This is the place little kids dream of. A great selection of frozen yogurt, the good kind that you think is ice cream, not the weird stuff. You get to fill your own container (usually way too full) and cover it with whatever toppings you can think of! I even liked the futuristic decor and crazy selection of music. And they have connect four all over the place!
The theater itself shows some age, but in a good way. It's still got some of that old Hollywood charm that is hard to find in todays mega-theater. The equipment was up to date. Clear picture, good sound. It's a very large theater that could probably use newer seats, but a very nice overall experience.
Very nice dining experience. The food was great, I had fish and I'm picky about fish and liked it. The wine selection is far above average and the staff knew what to recommend. The real draw for me was the live jazz.
Some of the rooms are more updated than others, but the worst room here is still amazing. I stayed long term on several occasions. There is something special about waking up to the ocean breeze and the distinct gentle sounds of the marina. The Manger named Dawn is amazing and will do what she can to take the best possible care during your stay. It's also a very military friendly place.
The quality you'd expect from Comfort Suites. The name is a little misleading as it's kind of a battle to get down to the marina once you are trapped in the parking lot.
Sometimes you get what you pay for. This place is not cheap, but it's one of the best all around dining experiences in Santa Monica. The staff could not have been cooler and the food was amazing. Plus the place has a great name.
It's a green motel in Vegas. Does a lot more need to be said? We walked from the hotel to where the action is on the strip, but that's way too far for most people to walk. Beware, it's dangerously close to the famous Vegas Chapels. When you are staggering home. If you just need a place to crash on the strip, this is a good one.
You've got to be mentally prepared for a biker bar, and understand what that means. Having sad that, this is one of my favorite bars in Las Vegas. Don't order some fruity drink, or believe me the bartender will beret you with a megaphone. The good news is, she will be hot enough to get away with it.
I only gave them one star because there was no minus to choose. This is a typical cheap motel, but it costs a lot because of it's proximity to down town San Diego. The people that work here are clearly the worst I've encountered in a lifetime of business travel.
This place is exactly what I think a corner coffee shop should be about. Artwork that is a little over the top and a come as you are atmosphere. We arrived a few minutes before 6 and they were just getting started but still welcomed us in and went out of their way to make an even drink more than a bar experience.
