I just bought a 2010 brand new GLK 350 one week ago.

I have put my car to fix some small scratches.
The service guy Harry kept me informed about the status of my car.
He is friendly, easy to talk with, and also very pro-active.

When I expressed my concern of the navigation being too old.
He was actively looking for the solution for me and provided me a solution.

So far, I feel their service is wonderful and exceed my expectation.
