Van Chevrolet Buick GMC
Van has been the dealer I have taken several of my cars there for routine as well as major repairs. They are always professional and very nice. I did have to return 3 times to have an air bag warning light repaired. The part they replaced was defective, as was the new part. The service manager got involved, pulled the module from a new car to fix mine. They are very concerned the repair shop is reviewed well so they try very hard. Overall, I recommend this dealer.
Earl's Restaurant
This is one of the only places in Gallup to eat. When we were seated the hostess apologized for the "circus", which I learned after we ordered as the steady steam of vendors that come around to the tables selling native American jewelery, pots, and dolls. The food was fine, I had a club sandwich and chips. They were very busy, which is normal on weekends.
Once In A Life Tyme Bridal
The largest selection of bridal dresses I've seen. Their prices seem in the middle of what we have already looked at, however when our bride returned they knocked off several hundred dollars as she was needed alterations. Rebecca is the owners sister and has been there 7 years so is very knowledgable. All the dresses are shop worn, and dirty, however they do clean them prior to sale.
Floyd's Kitchens
On the corner of Tatum and Cactus it is a small neighborhood restaurant and bar. The food was really good. I had chicken potstickers that came with grilled vegetables, that were filling and a great price.
Country Glazed Ham
Great place for a ham for a special occasion especially a holiday such as Thanksgiving. Be prepared to get in line, they are busy. Good product, the hams are sprial cut and excellent flavor.
Bicycle Ranch Retail Store
Very nice bike shop. The guys are so good about answering questions about repairs too. A great repair shop that can do anything.
Terri's Estate Store
Great place for quality furniture that used but better than the junk in stores sold new. Terri's wont accept cheap stuff so its a great place to shop for classic pieces.
Sprinkler World Of Ariz Inc
Great little shop for irrigation and landscape lighting supplies. They were the only place I could get parts for my landscape lights.
MO Money Pawn
Great pawn shop full of interesting items. I have found great deals on fishing reels that are so cheap, and can be sent back to the factory for free repair due to lifetime warrenty. Zebco is the best for that. Good staff to help you at Mo Money, besides, the name always makes me laugh.
Court House Cafe
Great little lunch place downtown that is very convient if you have to be downtown for the day. Good turkey and cheddar on sourdough sandwich, extra pickle please!
