This barbershop has been in PS forever...my son had his first haircut here years ago. They are fairly busy on Saturday mornings so plan a wait. Once you visit a few times, they get to know you and what you want.
Powder Springs Flower Shop
PS Florist have always been able to accomodate special requests that I have had, not to mention last minute corsage requests. Their work is beautifully done and their store is filled with great ideas.
Hand-Me-Up's
Hand me Ups has always been a great store to stop in. Though I find sometimes it just depends on when you go on what you find. They do only carry quality and clean secondhand clothing & other items.
Psycho tat2
I had my navel pierced by Psycho Tattoo several years ago and they did a great job that was actually pretty painless. I have recommended them to several friends as well. Their studio is clean and the artists professional.
Birdies Wings
We love this place....and it has become our regular Friday night dining choices. Very kid friendly. Fridays are karoke nights and Saturday they have live bands. The owners Sandy & Greg get to know you and make you feel welcome!
South Cobb Plumbing Co
South Cobb Plumbing has excellent customer service and are extremely friendly. They tell you exactly what needs to be done without & are reasonable. They don't add any unnecessary work or charges.
Powder Springs Animal Clinic
I have been bringing my animals to Dr Kahn for approximately 8 years. His staff is amazing but he tends to be straight to the point and doesn't usually answer questions well. I trust that when I board my pets here that the staff will take care and love on them while they are there.
Long River Chinese Cuisine
This is just take out chinese to me. Nothing special about it. The employees are courteous but not overly friendly. If I am going to Kroger I will order chinese from here so that I only make one stop.
M C Nails
I love, love this place. It is a family owned and run business. All of the girls are sisters (except a few). They get to know you. They speak very good english and will talk with you (and not each other!) and include you in all of their conversations. I highly recommend MC Nails to anyone for nail care.
