I accidentally spilled some wine on my husband's shirt and took it to Mr. Clean Cleaners to see if they could get it out. To my delight and my husband's relief, they were able to get the shirt cleaned.
It was more expensive to get my comforters washed at Clean X-Press than at the other laundromats I've been using, but the machines were all clean, I didn't have to wait and was able to get everything done at one time.
A & A was another of the local laundromats I used to get my massive loads of heavy duty cleaning done in anticpation of our moving. A&A only had a limited number of machines available and my clothes didn't come out as clean as I would have liked the first time, so I had to put them through a second cycle. I wouldn't go back
I've been in clean mode since we decided to sell our house and the contents. I've been taking loads of laundry to the local laudromats for an industrial cleaning. One of the laudromats I used was the Angkor Laudromat. This wasn't the best one I used, but it had the most amount of machines that were working. I was able to do several loads of jeans, heavy sweaters and some flannel sheets without a problem.
I've been bringing things to Fay Cleaners over the past few years because they do such a good job. My only complaint is that they are a cash only business, which makes it inconvenient at times.
We contacted the San Francisco Carpet Cleaning Masters to clean our drapes and upholstery. We are in the process of getting ready to move and want to sell everything. The cleaning Masters were able to make a huge difference in the appearance of our couch, which I was very grateful for.
007 Carpet Cleaning did an okay job with cleaning our carpets. We had some new carpet laid down and needed to get the rest of the house done before our open house. The cleaning guys were 30 minutes late for our appointment, which really threw us behind that day. I wish they had planned their day better or at least gave us a call.
Our realtor suggested we recarpet our great room before putting it on the market, so we called A&M Carpet to do the work. They gave us such a great deal on the carpeting, we had them re-do the master bedroom as well.
I contacted Kouchak's Oriental Rugs for some advice on how to properly clean our oriental rug. We hadn't had it cleaned in a really long time and the people we used before were no longer in business. Although Kouchak's doesn't do the oriental rug cleaning, they were able to refer me to a few companies in the are who do. They were so kind in helping me out.
I went into Freddie's Nifty Thrifties thinking I could consign a bunch of clothes and walked out with several great finds. This is no ordinary thrift store; it's more like an elegant ladies boutique. Their jewelry is what caught my eye and an hour later and $100, I walked out with some beautiful jewelry and accessories.
