Ten girls in the Foxnut, with the restaurant all to ourselves, made for a fun sushi/dining experience. The food was delicious and the service outstanding! And, LOVE the hot pink walls!

Anthony's At Point Defiance
We dine at Anthony's every time we visit Tacoma. It's a reasonably priced seafood restaurant that has something for everyone (kid to adult) and a beautiful location on the water. Service has always been great.
Cro
We visited Cool River on a Tuesday evening for dinner. The meal was neither outstanding, nor unsavory. The desserts, however, were divine. I was just expecting more from a hyped restaurant that beckons with dark wood decor, large staircase, and white tablecloths. The waitress was responsive and attentive.
Home and Hearth Outfitters
Home & Hearth has a very large selection of fireplace inserts, hearths, and other like accessories. While I didn't find the heating element of my choice, I was assisted by friendly and knowledgeable salespersons.
Cutting Edge Salon
I gave the Cutting Edge a few chances to get it right, but after uneven haircuts, highlights, and poor use of a razor (it can be used correctly by the right stylist), I said goodbye. Wow, I'm so much happier now!
Soho
A step up from the little girls' Claire's accessory shop. Maybe a good spot for prom jewelry. Soho is a place to find something sparkly to wear for a unique occasion when you don't want to spend too much moolah.
Banfield Pet Hospital
We used Banfield when we lived closer to the Glendale location. We were satisfied with the vets, care, and diagnoses made. They were professional and kind when decisions regarding disposal/cremation needed to be made.
Turquoise Boutique
Turquoise Boutique is located in the University Hills Plaza. It is definitely a shop for the older woman. Perfect place to pick up something for Grandma.
Green By Nature
Green By Nature is wonderfully professional and thorough in their work. We have used them for cleaning up beds and pruning bushes, etc. They also are available for full landscape architecture and design, weekly maintenance, and even hanging and removing holiday lights. Greg Alvarado, the proprietor, has been in the business for 20+ years and knows his stuff!
