BEWARE!!!! Kens Collision is an absolute nightmare! Ken Corrales will tell you everything you want to hear to take your money, and then once you sign on the dotted line, the nightmare begins. I hired Ken to fix the suspension on my truck, which he assured me would be NO PROBLEM. He said dont worry, ill take care of everything.... Long story short he outsourced the work, and never fixed the problems. The suspension continued to leak and every time I brought it back they told me nothing was wrong. Well eventually he sent it to another thirs party who confirmed that the leak in the suspension was never fixed almost causing me to get into another accident on the highway. After Ken having my vehicle for over 6 months, while never returning a single email or call from me, he finally called me back after I informed Laura Sosa, his secretary that if Ken didnt fix the problem he was paid to fix then I would contact the Bureau of Automotive repair to get the issue resolved. After he took 8000 from my insurance company, he finally tells me its going to cost me an additional 1700 out of pocket to get it fixed and if I didnt pay the money to come pick up my broken vehicle. i told him to keep the truck right where it was until this was resolved. Last week I get a letter from Kens stating they are putting a lien on my vehicle for unpaid "storage fees" which he never mentioned there would be. This guy is a crook and a scam artist and I advise you all to stay as far away from this guy as possible.....
