My mom has their service in California where she had tubes built into the walls and the pest guy just adds the treatment through an opening to the outside. She doesn't have to be home and he never has to come in. I love that. I will get that with my next home. Anyhow, I had their regular pest control service here in GA and they were decent. I didn't really see any live bugs which is good since I live near the woods. The guy that came out looks like this would be his job. He wasn't very friendly or social & rarely smiled. I ended up switching to Orkin. The work is pretty equivalent, but the Orkin guys are a bit friendlier.
I used this company to fix our heat during the winter when it was about 20 degrees. I still can't believe that my heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Anyhow, they got it up and running within about 4 hours, that is from the time I called. Not too shabby in my opinion. The man that came out didn't seem to have a big sense of humor since he didn't really laugh at any of my jokes, but he knew how to fix the heat so I guess that's all that mattered.
This place is spectacular. I can't wait until my kids are old enough to appreciate it. I plan to take them to California to see all the sites and this will definitely be on the list. My wife loves the butterfly exhibit because of the large variety. Most men would probably go for the safari and seeing the tigers and larger animals in the 'wild'. Great Place
We took a family day trip here one year when they were having free admission for the month. We enjoyed it and my daughters loved the butterfly exhibit.
The views from this place are phenomenal. I started going here when I was a teen prior to moving out of state. I would love to go back and visit for old times sake. Just think it's been nearly 20 years since I've been here and I can still remember how great it was.
Wonderful insight into historic Auburn Ave. I loved learning so much about this city and about Africa and Egypt. There is so much that I did not know about the city I live in. I just wish I had money to help them update the museum. It looks a bit old and could use a little remodeling.
Beautiful Museum with a wide variety of art pieces. The museum is located in an area that is difficult to find parking. Great place to go when they have Fulton County free days.
Great Museum. It can get a bit chaotic on weekends and free entry days. Otherwise my children have a wonderful time & I can even find some pretty cool exhibits.
The setup of this place is great. They have a large bowling area, a nice sized party room, an arcade area, a jumper room that has lots of nice sized jumpers and they have a skating rink. So the setup and all the things they offer are great. However, some of the employees have TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. I used to workout here when this place was just a gym w/ bball courts. I attended a birthday party at this place for my daughter's classmate and wanted to check everything out. The girl working the jumper room was late teens or early 20's and was the most unprofessional person I may have ever come across. She had a bad attitude, told me to wait for prices while she finished telling her girlfriend about her date the night before, then she said she didn't know where the price flyers were. The lady renting the shoes in the bowling area was rude too, not as bad as the jumper room girl, but rude nonetheless. However, my waitress was very patient and kind with our large party and the man managing the skating arena had good customer service. All in all, I would come back when I feel like dealing with the urban atmosphere, but I would not have any parties here.
My kids love this place. The areas for the animals is not as confined as the cages they were in when I was a kid. For many years I refused to go to the zoo because I didn't like to see those large animals in those tiny cages. I was pleased to find that things have changed. We are now considering a family membership.
