Family Leisure Indianapolis

Three years ago we purchased an 18' above ground pool with stainless steel plate. Watson's crew incorrectly installed the pool by shoveling 6 to 10 inches of dirt around outside steel wall at base which is now rusting. Any suggestions on repairs would be oh so much appreciated. The potential for unexpected blow out of pool could be disastrous. Watson Pools of Indianapolis would you help us?
