BEWARE! This dealership likes to use a ploy on its customers. Here's how it goes: You go in and test drive cars, spend all day until you find one you like. Then you go in and get down to pricing on the vehicle of your choice. I got a brand new car down $3000 from sticker price. Once they have you feeling like you got a great deal, you go to the financing dept. This guy is a scam artist. He tells you he can get you a great interest rate, so you sign the papers and get the keys. You drive home in your new car, all seems well, right?
Then you come back on Monday to show proof of insurance, only to be brought to a back room and told by the finance manager that there was a mistake, you must have heard them wrong, but the interest rate is now 19% and the price you agreed on the car has increased. Regardless you signed papers for the previous agreement. So they take the car back they you just had. Nothing was final. Nothing was approved or submitted, they only PRETENDED like it was.
They hope that you take the car for the weekend, fall in love with it, so when you come back, you will be willing to do anything to keep- including bending over and getting screwed out of thousands of dollars. So I handed them their keys, got my stuff out of the car, and left it there for them.
Who really won? They lost a sale, and I got a brand new car rental for free for the entire weekend. It's a risk they take, but I am betting the majority of people they try this on, cave in. My advice, go to another dealer. Westside cheap, dishonest, and willing to screw you for personal gain. Take your business elsewhere.
