Took my car over to Eppies; on June 14th. I told them that my battery wasn't holding power. They told my husband it was the starter, my husband ask them if they they were mistaken because he thought it was the Alternator. They repleaced the starter and it still didn't work. After a few more days they said it maybe the nuetral switch and they sent the car to an electrical expert next door. He thought maybe they were using the wrong key to start the car and that is why it wasn't starting. They then took the car back and informed my husband that it was not the starter and they took the new starter out and put the old one back in. Now they are saying it's the altenator. In the end they replaced the Alternator and battery cables. I got the car back on the 19th with a charge of $378.00 for an Alternator and cables. You tell me if you would recommend them.
