The Grand

YES TENANT about 5 years and wow we went f form grand to up and beyond and great. Since our new Alliance company came were cleaner than ever and we were good before but wow its amazing. They are so efficient and in a short time have accomplished a lot. Including new furniture in tv areas and all over . Very quick and many efficient cleaning people. Especially the asst manager has attended to things super fast. We continue to move up there and our a place you should at least take a tour and consider whether a family or single we have os much adn all of use are blessed to be here I realize in recession when i get upset over it I realize we have so much more than some here at the GRand a super gym, and good pool and spa and movie theatre. And lets face most buildings dont have a starbuck coffee machine. THe vicious reviews are people who have not lived here or were asked to go or a manager in past 5 years back who was fired from the organization. But Alliance , has come in and done such a great jobs im surely impressed. You will be from your tour to the great apartments and most have good patios. okay so now ere beyond grand were great 7/10 gago
