'Management Needs Training'
Crest Cleaners should spend some time training it's management staff. Maggie, the manager, is rude and lacks even the most basic of customer service skills. I went to pick up my items that were to be completed by 8/9/10 this morning (8/10/10) only to find them not done. Maggie made no apology, was rude and made no attempt whatsoever to make this sitation right. Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen. Find another unless you enjoy being abused.
