Yesterday I took my 2007 Lincoln MKXto this dealership for service. I had been there twice before; each time I asked that the invoice reflect my name, rather than that of my husband. On this occassion I was promised that such would occur. After I paid for the repairs, I noticed that the invoice was still in my husband's name. I went to the website to email my concern to the manager -- there's no "contact us" link. I will rethink returning to Varsity Lincoln for future service.
