Wilmington Motor Works Specializing in BMW repair / service

In my area, it is particularly difficult to find someone who offers quality service at a fair price, as well as a sense of confidence in the resulting work. Surrounding dealerships (and some independent mechanics) really gouge customers.

I drove 75 miles to Wilmington Motor Works today. It was the best decision I've made with my BMW 325i. My experience exceeded my expectations. I went in needing an Inspection II, A/C repair and State Emissions Inspection (talk about a potentially scary bill at the dealerships!). Not only was the price fair, my car drove like a dream. It runs like the day I bought it!

Take some time to get to know these guys. Tim and the gang know what they're doing, they take care to explain to you exactly what they're doing, and they do it right the first time.

Plus, I mentioned that I had an issue with my sunroof panel and they took my car right back in, spent a few minutes on it and took care of that too (at little to no cost)!

Tim and his crew are honest, hard-working guys. He summed it up when he said to me today - "treat people right and they'll come back".

He's exactly right. I'll be back there for EVERY issue in the future, period!
