Professionals in the City

My first experience with Professionals in the City was a speed dating event. I went with a business partner who is single and does not have many single friends. He did not want to go alone, so I went with him as a support system. I am taken so I did not have any romantic success but I had lots of fun. Most importantly, my friend found a girl that he is now dating. I have been to a few other events since and I have enjoyed all of them. I went on a moonlight hike of the National Arboretum after dark. It was much larger than I realized so we got more of a workout than I was expecting but it was also really interesting. I then went on a nightlife tour of Penn Quarter. It was a hot and humid night to be out, but the crowd was a lot of fun. The Professionals in the City staff is friendly and professional, and the scene is a good one. Whether you are single or in a relationship, this is a great way to network with other professionals in a welcoming environment. I hear its Halloween party is killer!
