Deco Nails

My daughter and I go 1/wk to get our nails done at different places within the W. Htfd/Farm/Simsbury/Avon Area. This is the1st time we ever walked out of a nail salon. To say the service was poor is being kind. The wait was unnecessarily excessive, and there was never any communication or attempt to manage our expectations except when we walked out the door. As the old saying goes . . . you only get one chance to make a first impression, and the impression made by this nail salon was POOR. While I was there, another woman threatened to walk out for the same reason.
