It's really slipped the past year or two. We have had one problem after another in terms of records not updated, wrong medication administered and a general deterioration in terms of organization. We have also boarded our dogs and they often came back dirty and flea ridden. When one of them got sick while boarding no medical care was given nor do I think it was noticed. I mentioned my concern to the miss matched Asian receptionist who was frazzled by my presence, rude and ignored me. Instead of showing concern she insisted I needed to pay for a visit so they could tell me how their hospital got my dog sick (none of this was noticed the 5 days he stayed there?!?!?!). Looking at the condition and filth of the boarding facility and filth of my once clean dog I came to the conclusion that the neglect of my dog and unsanitary conditions he stayed in resulted in him getting sick. To add insult to my dogs injury this woman who was cold, rude, uncaring, ignored my complaints then led me to a room where I had no idea what was going on and sat for over 30 minutes to see the doctor for an illness his hospital gave my dog. I assumed I would not be charged for this nor did the doctor tell me what he was doing (I think he was in a rush to eat lunch) but at the end ??little missy? gave me a twisted smile and crocked $157.50. I reluctantly paid and had to ask her over 4x for a written copy of what was done to warrant these ridiculous charges!!! Do not board your pets here. When I picked up my dog he developed a cough, was shaking, scared and had filth and dirt on every leg, urine caked on the tops of his hind legs and his elbows are raw and swollen from where he was clearly not given a blanket to sleep on and instead had to sleep on the concrete floor. He looks like he has not been fed in 4 days and drank 3 bowls of water when we got home. I felt bad for his fellow boarding friends stuck in small unsanitary cages, they did not look happy. Be kind to your little friend and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
