Sarah was one of two midwives at my home birth in 2009 and did an excellent job. She joined me early in labor and stayed with me all night until the birth the next day. I would have been lost without her and I felt she was a very good friend to me while I was going through my hard time. She was not the one responsible for my prenatal or postpartum care, but she was the one who coached me to get the baby down and was the one who encouraged me when I was pushing. She caught the baby in the end and then helped get me breast feeding. Sarah can seem pushy, but she is no worse than any physician I have ever seen and is only firm in her beliefs because she wants the best for you and your baby. She was a godsend to me and she is a good midwife with a very kind heart. As far as being on time for appointments.. Is time really so important? The baby won't be on time either! I believe that Sarah's loving and personalized care outweighs any "lateness" one might take issue with. Sarah Andrews cares about women and babies, this is the important thing.
