I got stuck with this company through AAA. I was stuck trying to turn in a driveway and slid down the driveway. They were so rude when they came they said they don't do driveways to plow my driveway. I explained it was not my driveway. They tried to leave without talking to me. I then spoke with the boss who hung up on me. They left and I called the cops who were able to refer me to S & J who got me out no problem. So rude I also complained to AAA. Stay away from the them.
