We recently visited TWO and were blown away. Where to begin? First, the valet service (Valet for Life) greeted us during their busy rush of incoming/outgoing cars with a pleasant smile, greeting, and instructions on how to enter the restaurant. Next, we dined on very well prepared food that was very affordable. Lastly, we exited the restaurant with at least one-hundred other guests that were nothing short of rude and pushy...the valets were covered in sweat (temp. in 40's), but they were grabbing keys left-and-right. One valet, Jim, approached us and said, "I do apologize for the temporary wait, we're only grabbing eight tickets at a time to ensure that everyone is helped in order" Waiting ten minutes while watching twenty-seven new cars enter showed us how hard they work. The best part, the valets share their tips with local charities. I saw no problem with tipping Jim $5 because he really busted his tail for us. My only complaint, Jim wasn't able to chat with us longer. He first greeted us, held the front door, explained the check-in procedure, and suggested a spicy cocktail.
