Great service! They (Tim and Dan) were both very pleasant.Tim determined the problem and explained it to me (so I could understand), sent for the part, and fixed it in about 1.5 hours and a very reasonable FEE!
In addition, he called me a couple of days later to follow up on the maintenance. I was happy to report to him that my car passed inspection and that my engine check light was OFF!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim for maintenance and customer service!!!

I was referred to Tim but was apprehensive to go to him for the following reasons:
1. It's 60 miles each way (not convenient)
2. I had been to Wilmington BMW Dealer (Schaeffer) in the past and was very disappoointed with the work, price, time and travel involved and especially the poor customer service.
However, it was near inspection time and my check engine light was on, so I decided to go to Tim. I am very happy to report the trip was well worth it!!!
