Sarah is such a joy! Not only did we find an awesome midwife, we also gained a great friend. We transfered care to Sarah about halfway through my pregnancy. We were in the process of looking for a doctor who took Medicaid, when I ran across Sarah's name. I called her and she took about 30 minutes of her time to answer my questions and just talk with me. Although she does NOT accept Medicaid, we chose to hire her. We felt that she fit really well with our family and our values. At about 35 weeks my baby was still breech. Sarah was so helpful through this emotional time! She is very knowledgeable and kind-hearted, I never had any doubt of her wisdom. She is confident yet humble. She took hours out of her life to make phone calls and do research and talk with other midwives so that we could have the safest birth possible and have it the way we had wanted. It ended up that we had to transfer to the hospital because baby was just not going to turn. Sarah stayed with us through the whole thing. She labored with me for hours. She was the support that both my husband and I needed. Sarah is irreplaceable. I can't wait to have another baby so she can deliver it! I absolutely recommend her practice to anyone looking for a beautiful home birth under the care of a knowledgeable, trustworthy midwife, who cares about you and your baby and the values that are important to your family.
