I would never recommend this doctor! The first time I went to this office was in feb 2011, I felt it was a little cold and not the cleanest place. When I wnt back to the room I sat there for 15-20 mins waiting for the doctor. When she finally came in, she seemed to be in a rush. We talked about having the mirena put in a nd she tried to presuade me not to, that I should consider having more children. I felt very uncomfortable like i didnt have a choice. Before i left she said that they would order the prescription for me. 2 weeks later my insurance company called me and i paid for the prescription. Now we are at the end of April and the office is claiming over and over they never recieved it. They would never call me back or look into whaat was going on. I finally called my insuarnce comapy and they told me it was shipped out and they recieved it back in the begining of march. I called back to ghandis office and some how the next day they found it. I went in for the procedure and paid my $50 co-pay. While i was back in the room undressed from the waist down, the reciptionst walks in and tells me I owe them another $50 for the procedure and closes the door. I immieadtly called my insurance company and they told me not to pay it. Dr. Ghandi came in and said that i didnt have to pay it, but if i wanted to help them out pay it i could. She went on and on saying how little the insurance company pays them. Even through my whole procdure she talked about me paying the money. Needless to say i did not pay. I came home and called a new doctor right away!
