Nelms, D Cade, Md - Children's Clinic-Katy

Dr. Nelms is AWESOME! He is so great with my daughter.
My only negative to his office is the front desk staff. They are short with you on the phone and act like you are bothering them to make an appointment. It's frustrating..but then you see Dr. Nelms..and you are smiling once again.
Oh, and the wait time. you can be the first appointment of the day..and you will wait only 5 minutes once you check in. Then they bring you to the back where they weigh your baby and take temperature..and the nurse that assists you is always helpful and friendly...THEN you get in the room and wait over 40 minutes. That's the part I hate. Why tell me I have an appointment at 9 and it's the first appointment of the day and I always have to wait over 45 minutes for the Dr. If Dr. Nelms is tied up in the morning..don't schedule his appointments that early. It's not nice for someone with an active toddler. It's actually annoying to no end.
