I saw he was successful using Majestic's services. So when I purchased my own rental property in Stockton, I felt very comfortable in using Majestic. I liked the fact that Majestic used a team approach to management.Majestic's many staff members are most always available to answer my questions whether it is related to accounting, maintenance or sales (placing a tenant). To me, each staff member is well qualified in their area of expertise. On occasion, I was glad to see that Richard made himself available to speak with me directly if an issue came up which required his personal attention.
