I took my car to Japanese Imports fon a recommendation from Big O Tires on L Street. I could'nt be more pleased with the service I received. Eric the co-owner, is extremely pleasant, very helpful and knowledgable. I feel very confident in my car repair. Japanese Imports makes the process of having your car repaired a very pleasant one. I have already recommended their service shop to many of my co-workers downtown. They provide great customer service with a great location downtown.
Big O Tires
I've been a customer for 9 years. I recommend Big O Tires on L St., to everyone. Danny, Lawrence and Pat are always very helpful, friendly and professional. They have never replaced anything that was not absoulutly necessary and I always leave feeling very confident in my service, pleased, with no feeling of being overcharged or taken advantage of. They all do a great job and make the experience of an unwelcomed car repair expense, less painful.
