We have been completely satisfied with the water heater replacement done by the Fast Water Heater Company. Julie scheduled the replacement of our leaking water heater on the day I called them and took care of the remaining warranty on the old one. Leka was the installation technician who was very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. The new water heater was taller than the old one and it appeared there would be a problem with an overhead heating duct but Leka managed to carefully lift and slide it into place with no room to spare. He thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the installation. There was a slight problem a few days after the installation and they sent Leka back on the same day I called. He quickly took care of that problem and everything is working fine.
