Novus Glass
My first visit with Novus Glass was to get a crack in my windshield repaired. It was a very positive experience. However, the crack got worse and I had to take it back. The second visit was even better. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The man that repaired my windshield said it would take a certain amount of time and he was accurate to the minute! Every step of the way was thoroughly explained. Since then, I have shared my experience with a number of people and highly recommend Novus Glass to any person that needs their services.

Loved them, loved them, loved them!! They were the lowest bid out of the 3 I received. They did a fantastic job!!! So professional!! Definitely not what I am used to dealing with. They always showed up when they were supposed to. If the weather was not promoting them to work they would call my husband at 7:30 am to let him know why they would not be there that day! Call them!!!!

Great Service! I had a wonderful experience at Karat Patch. I took in a set of sterling silver earrings that had broken (extremely tiny chains that had managed to unhook, and really didn`t think they could be saved) and asked if they would be able to fix them. The lady took them to the back, and about 10 minutes later came to the front with them fixed! The customer service at Karat Patch is wonderful, and they had some pretty amazing pieces as well! Would definitely recommend.
