I feel compelled to respond to this posting as it is unjust and attempts to slander
our hospital and Dr. Choyce's reputation.
I recall this case.. This case involved emergency and over night care by Dr.
Choyce and our nursing staff for over 11 hours with extensive diagnostic testing and
intensive monitoring. With the care we provided, the pet lived and did well. The
client was informed of the emergency fee. The patient was presented in severe
shock and was close to death. We provided immediate emergency care per the owner's
request. After stabilization of the patient, fees were discussed. The owner agreed
to pay the fees and agreed to and signed the estimate. Now they are not happy. If
the owner feels they are treated wrongly, then perhaps they should call us first, or
the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, or we are members of the Better
Business Bureau. We bend back over to try and please our clients. I guess we
cannot please everyone no matter how hard we try. Gwenn Allen, Technician at All
Pets Animal Hospital.
