I called these people and got a price when i ask to bring my car in I was told I had to go to Greensboro. I ask why it showed they had a place in Winston on Peters Creek and he said that was not an actual office where they do work. He said they do most of there work mobile but if I wanted to save the money I could bring it in to Greensboro. I went to an actual company located in Winston why say you are there if your not. What a bunch of bull!!!!

I don't know who these people are that had such a great experience I think they may work there cause the girl in the office that i dealt with had the same name as the person on one of the reviews so be careful. I had a bad experience not only did I have to wait for 40 minutes past my appointment time but when they were done I was not happy. There was stuff from where they had done the job laying all over the inside of the car and there were hand prints on the inside of my car next to the windshield and some kind of black goopy stuff on the outside of my car. I would not recommend these people. Keep looking.
Pfaff's Auto Glass Inc
Someone broke out my front door glass. A friend told me to call Pfaff''s. I had them do the glass for me and everything went fine until I had a problem and then things went bad. They told me they were not responsible for the glass not rolling up or down. I went to another glass company and they looked at the problem. They said that when the glass broke there were some glass left attached to the part and that had caused the wire on the regulator tho break. They replaced the regulator for me and gave me a lifetime warranty on the part. I called Pfaff's back and told them what the other company said and they said that was not possible. I told them I saw the glass in the part. Needless to say they were not willing to help me out at all. I would recommend Glass Pro they were great and they told me if I had let them do the door glass it would have been $80 less than what I had paid. Pfaff's may have been around forever but they don't really want to help you out. They just want to take your money.

I called this company for a quote and I thought his price was high considering I had already gotten a price from several other companies. When I asked if he could price match he said yes and matched the price. He then started bashing this other company saying they were under investigation for fraud and that they would do a bad job just trashing them. I felt that this was a very bad business practice. You have to bash someone else to make yourself feel better. The only selling option you have is to bash another company. I told him to have a nice day and called the other company back and booked with them. what a a**hole grow up.
